Products
i use
For those who wonder what i use to restore my vitality, support my well-being, and transform my life? Check out the list below and may it serve you well.

To be well and in optimal condition, we need to take care of our heart, body, mind, and soul. To bring in what nourishes us is just as important as to clear out toxins from our lives, for planting flowers in a garden overgrown by weeds, will do little to nothing to enhance the beauty and vitality of said garden. With regular weeding and good landscaping practices, we bring harmony in the ecosystem that is us.
The overview below contains products i use, places i source them from, and some books and podcasts i receive valuable insights from. This list is subject to change, as i find better alternatives or something ceases to meet the requirements i place on them. For transparency, whenever there is an affiliate link or something similar, i note that below.
Young Living
Young Living is a staple in my life for some years now. The oils i use therapeutically, cosmetically, and for other do-it-yourself (DIY) projects. For laundry and cleaning i use their line Thieves, especially created for this purpose. May you desire ready-made products for body and hair care, Young Living has that too and more.
You can start with one of the Premium Starter Kits Young Living put together for you or with single items you desire to try out. There are three types of starter kits you can chose from to get acquinted with Young Living and their products: with a diffuser, based on their cleaning line Thieves, and NingXia, a line within their culinary section. See below the kits YL offers.
With my guidance, you learn how to use essential oils and the other products safely and optimally. Contact me for more information or click on the buttons below to order the kit of your choice.

Oshadi
Sometimes, essential oils may be too strong to use, especially on babies, little children, and elderly. Hydrosols, otherwise known as hydrolates, flower/ floral waters, or herbal distillates, are a gentler alternative to use. They are also great for DIY projects and as a refreshment tool. Oshadi offers a large variety of floral waters to choose from, as well as essential oils. When i need hydrosols, or an essential oil that is not available through Young Living, i turn to Oshadi. Visit https://oshadhi.life/ to find a retailer that is most convenient for you based on your location. Click the link below to go to the website (from chicamica) where i make my purchases from.

Berivita
For quite a while now, i turn to Berivita to get base/ carrier oils, butters and powders to do my DIY projects. They have a great selection of those items and give good information on each of them. Though i have been unable to verify the quality of their products and practices at this moment in time, i am content enough with the products i purchase(d), to share them with you. Though they do offer essential oils, hydrosols and some supplements, i refrain to vouch for those, until further investigation. For now, enjoy creating your own mixes of hair and body oils, butters, and other DIY projects.

Beyuna
For years i had been looking for high quality supplements to take to support and enhance my well-being. Those i found oftentimes needed to be imported, which can be a hassle and the shipping process quite expensive. Little did i know that i had a great option closer to home, till i discovered Beyuna, a company based in the Netherlands. To name a few, their products are natural, GMO-free, without synthetic additives, and are on the anti-doping list – which is great for professional athletes, and anyone else who wants to consume highly beneficial and clean products, including me. Those are just some of the things that make them such a great option. For more information about the products and the practices of Beyuna, click the button below to go to my Beyuna website or reach out to me with your questions.
* For every purchase made through my Beyuna website, i receive a commission. Should you be interested to learn about that too, feel free to reach out to me.
* Note: if you live outside the EU, UK, or US and are interested in the products from Beyuna, send me a message, so we can arrange a different way to ship the products to you. We already have a temporary system in place for Curaçao and Aruba, and are working towards the optimal solution for us all. Stay tuned for that.

Activation Products
Activation Products offers a collection of dietary oils and supplements. My favorite product, by far, is the Coriander oil depicted here. My skin loves it and it is tasty in meals too. The other products i tried are great as well. The unfortunate aspect of Activation Products is that they ship only from the US, Canada, UK and Australia, which often entails high shipping costs and import tax for most of us to contend with. Perhaps some time in the future things chance, to facilitate access to their products.
* Activation Products has affiliate program, which i do consider for the future. When i decide to join their program, i will inform you here. For now, if you are interested in the products and based in the Netherlands, we could consider group buys through my account and split the additional costs – a win-win for us all. Message me if you are interested and let us see what we can arrange. Check out Activation Products by clicking the button below.

Pit&Pit
For herbs and spices, especially the more exotic ones which are harder to find elsewhere, i go to Pit&Pit. Check out the other edibles and teas they offer as well. You can buy small quantities per item or get them in bulks. Whatever is convenient to you.
* Pit&Pit has a savings program, where you accumulate points with every purchase, to spend on selected items. You get additional points by performing certain tasks, like referring new people to them, using the referral link like the one below. This is created for you when you sign up for the program. Consider it when you decide to make regural purchases at Pit&Pit.

Simon Lévelt
Whenever i need advice related to teas, i ask my friend Samantha first. Visit her Instagram page at @purrfectteas. She is very knowledgeable on the subject matter and has great suggestions. She confirmed that Simon Lévelt is a good place to go to for your everyday tea, and some special teas as well. Simon Lévelt is accessible and their teas are quite affordable. So, visit their stores or go online to get yourself some tea.
* For the more specialized teas or for higher quality, though they are on the more expensive side, we source them elsewhere.

Sleep Well tape
From birth i breathed chronically through my mouth, till i discovered practices to help me reduce nasal congestions and inflammation of the sinuses, and to learn ways to facilitate breathing through the nose. To support me during sleep, i tape my mouth with Sleep Well tape to facilitate and promote nasal breathing during the unconscious moments of sleep. Sometimes, i even use it in daytime. Mouth tape is a great tool to use if you too chronically breathe through your mouth.

Books
- The Wahls Protocol – dr. Terry Wahls. Read about dr. Terry Wahls and her experience with MS, and how she overcame it. By the time i finally read the book, it turned out her process to heal and the things she advocates for were similar to what i discovered for myself. Her story and research were reassuring to me and gave me more strength to keep going.
