Below you find a list of upcoming workshops and events offered through Counseling Nature. The aim is to have an experiential element in each event, not just soaking up information. The information sessions and workshops are mainly in Dutch or in English, though depending on the people attending, i may hold them in Spanish or Papiamentu too or do a mix to meet the needs of the people present.
Community activities
Join the community Vital by Counseling Nature hosted on the platform skool to participate in the online events, such as the Information calls, Vital Q&A calls, Challenges, and other programs. With time video courses and other content are added there to enhance your experience.
Introduction sessions
Want to know more about what Counseling Nature has to offer? This is the event for you. During the introduction session you will hear more about my story, what i learnt along the way, how Counseling Nature came to be, the way i guide and support you, what tools i may use during our journey together and more.
Themed workshops
Here the focus is on specific elements of vitality and well-being. Do you want to know more about nutrition and supplementation, movement and exercise, rest and sleep and so on? The on site workshops and introduction sessions are held mostly in the area of Amsterdam and Diemen. When you sign up at the bottom of this page, you will receive further details.
