From my journey to yours

Like many who came before me, are alongside me and who are yet to come, i too found myself on a healing journey which took a huge turn back in 2013. This propelled me down a path of discovery, empowerment, healing, growth and self-actualization. The greatest rediscovery for me was our innate healing abilities and ways to support and enhance them.

Key components on my journey were and still are my mental fortitude and emotional resilience. i refused to give up and give in to the picture of the future the medical professionals painted for me. Still, i succumbed to the fear that was triggered in me and after some careful and thoughtful considerations, i chose to go on one of the medications suggested. Beside the deterioration, the only other prospect i was given was stronger medication in case the disease progressed, despite the use of the initially chosen medication. There would be no way for me to know however, whether the medication truly helped slow down the disease progression or that my body was healing or even healed already. Basically, i was to be on medication for the rest of my life, not knowing whether it was necessary or not. My mind rejected that idea and an inner voice told me loud and clear that i needed to take matters in my own hands, that there are other ways to deal with illness and disease and ultimately heal. Our bodies are designed to heal after all. Medication was to be a temporary intervention to buy me some time as i researched other options.

The more you know,
the less you fear

Soon i started to run trials on myself and adjusting things in my life as i saw results or the lack thereof. Among other things i focused on breathwork, nutrition, proper rest, building physical resilience through cold exposure and movement, and removing toxins in my environment and life. With the latter i tapped into aromatherapy without realizing it. The first few years were a bit of a rollercoaster ride, followed by years of stability and even surpassing expectations with noticeable improvements. My confidence grew as did the urge to stop medicating. After about 8 years of fighting against my mind and body, i finally voiced the latter. Based on my history i received the green light to stop taking the medication and fortunately for me i could do so immediately without having to go through a weaning off process.

Everything is connected

There is not one thing i did that i would classify as the so-called magic bullet. Though adapting my diet had one of the greatest impacts, no matter what area i focused on, the effects were felt in others as well, highlighting the interconnectedness of everything and the complexity of our being. With every step i took, i grew stronger and with every bit of information i gathered, i became more empowered and more apt to make the right choices for me. What i once considered highly improbable to impossible suddenly became highly likely and even achievable, as long as i was dedicated and persistent. Since then, several of my limiting beliefs have been and are still being revealed to me. Slowly and surely, i disintegrate each one of them as they rise to the surface while i embrace more supportive and uplifting thoughts and ideas. With dedication and discipline, i managed to turn things around and i find myself now in an even better state than ever before, even better than in my younger years and better than i could have imagined. The path i am on is paving the way to great things and inspires me to aspire more while embracing and celebrating how far i have come already. My journey is ongoing and i would love to support you on yours. Together we can go a long way.

You are the miracle you are looking for

Our bodies are designed to heal. If that was not the case, then you would not be here right here right now, considering any and every wound or injury you have ever had in your life up to now. Yet, here you are still living and breathing. You just need to get out of the way of your body’s ability to heal and allow the healing process to happen while supporting it the best way you can. You and only you can do what is necessary for you to heal. The actions you take and who you surround yourself with can hinder or help your healing process. Healing is within reach if and when you know where to look, what to do and who to have around you. Start by taking responsibility for yourself and holding yourself accountable. The next step is to take action. There are several non-invasive interventions out there you can implement that can and will support healing. Don’t know where to start? Look for someone to help you find what works best for you amidst all there is and cheer you on while you move along. This is a gamechanger. Though i did most of it alone, you don’t have to. Reach out to me and let us talk about a possible collaboration and a way forward. The least you can expect from our journey together is improvement of the quality of your life and increased vitality.

From a place of integrity, i freely share the knowledge and wisdom bestowed upon me to support you to achieve harmony within, heal and enhance your life. Allow me to be like a guiding light, someone to seek counsel from, and one who will accompany and support you on your journey back to a more vital and joyful state of being.

Love and care all ways,

Ninza
